Escom is a German company who put in a $5 million bid (the smallest). As
far as I know, Escom only wanted the C= logo. Two other companies
(CEI/Dell, and another one) put in larger bids, but CEI/Dell was
disqualified (suits have been filed) and Escom's bid was accepted.
